Kuala Selangor Vocational Colleges offered many courses including Marketing, Banking, Animation, Culinary, Bakery and also Database& Web Application. There are average 30 students per courses except Database/ Web Application course having 20 students. This is because the laboratory for the Web class have only 20 computers for 20 students. So, if we've been selected to be a student of this course, do not waste this opportunities because this course brings many advantages

 

 

Why this course sound interesting?

·       Database is the software to store data. We will learn how easy to store, find, manage and transfer the data. Meanwhile, web application gives us the knowledge to build websites that are more appropriate according to our own choice, including websites themed social networking sites, professional sites and also the technical forums

·       In addition, the database and web application course offered nonphysical activity which is will waste our energy unwillingly to gain a good pay, in natural work as a database operator and programmer websites and other work related to computer always will not require much physical energy.

·       Besides, when we graduated, we will be more likely involved with good working environment with more opportunities as most companies require database operator and programmer websites. For example, they will use the operators of database to store data of companies and programmers will have to build websites for company's products to be marketed. Example, UITM employment offices, telecommunications companies and others that require course work database and web applications. The salary of a course database and web applications is RM2,000 every month but the longer we work, the more salary we get. RM6,000 will be given to employees who are working already 3 years every month.  

·       More importantly, we will have a chance to design the database and website to ourselves and declared it as our product of creation which is then could be marketed and sold locally and may grow internationally. So, not surprisingly, this course has so many surprise.

 

In conclusion, this course offers fun learning while getting the knowledge pleasantly, trust me. Anyway, college style of learning is so different to a normal secondary school because we have to diligently complete assignments given by lecturers. Have fun yaaa….!
